If you need to reach us by phone, then please call our order department at (956) 686-7449 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Standard Time - Monday through Friday. If you selected UPS as the shipment method we will email you a tracking number at the end of the day. Most orders ship within 24 hours and you should receive your order within the time frame of the shipping option you selected.
